Safety Records Coordinator (part time)
Our Non-profit client is hiring for a vital role in their safety management team. As a Safety Records Coordinator, you'll collaborate closely with unit and program managers/leads to ensure the accuracy and closure of safety records. Your responsibilities will include communication, coordination, and providing assistance to record owners nationwide. If you excel in organization, communication, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols, we want you on our team.
Please note: You must qualify for a Security Clearance.
Contract: 5 months PART TIME (total of 8-12 hours Monday to Friday)
Start date: April 1st.
This position is fully remote!
**Responsibilities:**
- Offer support and guidance to record owners in updating and closing safety records
- Effectively communicate updates to record owners across the country to facilitate successful record closure
- Schedule and coordinate 1:1 meetings to provide guidance and support on safety records, as required
- Act as the primary contact point for all departments regarding safety record updates and closures
- Monitor query results to maintain data accuracy
- Prepare and deliver regular presentations, reports, and summaries for management
- Document meeting minutes, action items, and decisions related to safety records
- Conduct hands-on training and demonstrations for clients when needed
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination and reporting
- Proficient in project scheduling and coordination
- Excellent communication skills in English and/or French
- Ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in conducting training sessions
- Strong time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and SharePoint
