Job Description
Our client, a regulatory body, is seeking a Registration coordinator to join their team remotely on a full-time permanent basis. This is a new position in a growing organization that is currently within a start-up phase.
Reporting to the Registration Manager, you will be responsible for implementing components of the Registration Program for members. This role involves interfacing with applicants, optimizing registration technology, and contributing to continuous improvement of registration processes for members.

Responsibilities:
- Registration Program Implementation: Communicate with applicants and employers, process applications, administer the Annual Registrant Renewal Process, and collect program performance measures.
- Adherence to Policy and Procedures: Perform registration functions consistent with regulatory requirements, customer service standards, and program policies and procedures.
- Efficient Utilization of the Applicant and Registrant Database: Provide input on the database, produce and validate reports, support communication with technology vendors, and verify information on the Public Register.
- Communication and Customer Service: Provide information and respond to questions and inquiries regarding registration, communicate inquiries and complaints to support ongoing quality improvement, and identify opportunities for changes to improve clarity.
- Other Duties as Assigned: Uphold and implement the company’s Policies and Procedures, including Human Resources Policies.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/degree in Administrative Studies or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in registration or membership services
- Must have experience working for a regulatory body
- Proficiency with MS Office and SharePoint
- Effective communication skills and customer service skills
- Strong trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of the legislative framework affecting health professions (preferred)
