Job Description

Altis Recruitment is grateful to partner with an organization in Vancouver within the Broader Public Sector to support the recruitment of 3 Computer Inventory Clerks. These roles will assist the IT team with computer hardware inventory management over a 2 day period from January 10th - January 11th, 2024. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining records of computer hardware inventory and updating serial numbers of computer hardware components. This opportunity is located on-site in Downtown Vancouver and will have hours of work from 9am - 4:30pm on January 10th and January 11th. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Cataloging and maintaining records of computer hardware inventory 
  • Accurately record and update serial numbers of computer hardware components into designated spreadsheets
  • Assist in the creation and maitenance of detailed coumentation related to hardware inventory processes
  • Follow protocols for inventory tracking and management
  • Work closely with the IT department to ensure alignment and accuracy in hardware inventory records
Qualifications: 
  • Previous experience with Data Entry or Inventory Management
  • Ability to efficiently organize and manage hardware inventory records
  • Strong attention to detail when recording serial numbers and other hardware details
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware components and their functionalities
