Project Manager

Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate in establishing project budgets, oversee monthly progress, approve billing processes, and generate monthly project reports.
- Engage in project planning alongside the Superintendent, develop initial schedules, identify scheduling risks, and facilitate discussions with clients.
- Contribute to project bidding activities, prepare and review tender analyses, and manage contracts with trade partners, maintaining effective communication with Estimation and Contractors for pricing.
- Lead and facilitate design and construction meetings, liaise with subcontractors and Consultants, and resolve conflicts and issues.
- Promote a strong Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) culture on-site, ensuring strict adherence to company HSE policies.
- Provide mentorship and support for the professional development of direct reports, fostering career growth within the team.
Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management positions, with a proven track record of managing medium to large-scale construction projects.
- An engineering degree or a technical diploma in Construction, Building, Civil, or Architecture.
- Strong proficiency in budgeting and scheduling, including advanced knowledge of MS Project.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and supervising staff.
- A stable career history with a track record of successfully completed projects.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with effective time management and negotiation abilities. The candidate should be capable of both leadership and collaborative teamwork.
