Job Description

Our client in the financial sector is looking for a dedicated and passionate collections representative to join their team.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM fully remote 12-month contract (possibility of extension)

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Managing 60 accounts
• Researching and making collection calls
• Processing credit applications for new customers
• Resolving discrepancies in invoices
• Handling document interactions
• Issuing invoices and statements to customers
• Processing bank deposits, payment allocations, and credit card payments

Skills:
• 2 years of customer service/call centre experience
• Experience in the financial sector is a plus
• Full bilingual proficiency in English and French would be an asset
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel and Word)
• Experience in collections is an advantage
