Duration: 6-month full-time contract, with possibility of extension
Background Check Requirement: Must be eligible to access Canadian export-controlled goods, technical data and related systems in accordance with applicable regulations and organizational policies.

We're looking for two experienced BI Developers & Data Engineers to join the digitalization team of a global organization in the energy technology sector. You'll help transform complex manufacturing, engineering and operational data into meaningful insights that support smarter business decisions.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll design dimensional data models using star and snowflake schemas and develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines with Snowflake and Matillion.
• You'll write and optimize complex SQL queries, views and stored procedures to support analytics and reporting.
• You'll leverage AWS services, including SQS, SNS and Lambda, to support cloud-based data integration and processing.
• You'll transform SAP ECC or S/4HANA transactional data into business-friendly analytical models.
• You'll develop interactive Power BI and Tableau dashboards, translating stakeholder requirements into actionable KPIs.
• You'll build and maintain ASP.NET applications supporting data integration and reporting.
• You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile Scrum, Jira, Confluence and Git while supporting digital transformation and rebranding initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data engineering or analytics engineering, with expert-level SQL skills.
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, Matillion, ETL/ELT development and AWS cloud services.
• Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and data modelling, and Tableau.
• Experience working with SAP ECC or S/4HANA data structures and analytical models.
• Experience with ASP.NET or web application development, alongside strong communication and Agile collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Python, Git and AWS analytics services; Snowflake certification is an asset.
• Experience in manufacturing or energy environments and knowledge of machine learning or large language models (LLMs) are considered assets.
