About the Opportunity
Are you a strategic thinker who enjoys rolling up your sleeves and turning complex business challenges into meaningful change? We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to help shape a major business modernization initiative within a highly regulated public sector environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to get involved at the ground level of a long-term transformation program. Working closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams, you’ll assess current operations, identify opportunities for improvement and build the foundation for initiatives that enhance service delivery, operational efficiency and organizational performance.

What’s In It for You
• Opportunity to shape a high-impact, multi-year business transformation initiative from its earliest stages.
• Direct exposure to senior leadership, with the ability to influence strategic priorities and investment decisions.
• A collaborative environment that values analytical thinking, creative problem-solving and hands-on leadership.
• Meaningful work focused on improving business processes, service delivery and measurable outcomes.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll partner with senior executives to define the program vision, assess business needs and translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives.
• You'll lead discovery, business analysis and process improvement activities to identify operational gaps and modernization opportunities.
• You'll develop business cases, project charters, roadmaps and detailed plans to move initiatives from concept through execution.
• You'll facilitate workshops, evaluate potential solutions and coordinate proof-of-value activities to inform investment decisions.
• You'll oversee end-to-end project planning, resource allocation, budgets, risks, dependencies and program financial reporting.
• You'll establish performance measurement frameworks, monitor progress and prepare executive presentations, recommendations and decision materials.
• You'll collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align workstreams, maintain momentum and drive successful delivery.

Skills and Qualifications
• 10+ years of progressive project or program management experience, including hands-on delivery of complex business initiatives.
• Degree in Information Technology, Business Management or a related discipline.
• Strong business analysis background, with demonstrated experience in business transformation, process improvement and strategic planning.
• Proven end-to-end project delivery experience, ideally within large, complex or highly regulated organizations.
• Experience translating business plans and strategic priorities into practical project scopes, roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Strong financial oversight, risk management, workshop facilitation and executive presentation skills, including advanced PowerPoint capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
