About the Opportunity
Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about the creative world of fashion and retail? We're looking for a Brand Sample Coordinator to join a dynamic Brand Studio team within a leading retail organization. In this hands-on role, you'll help keep studio operations running smoothly by ensuring samples are organized, accessible, and ready for production.

Working closely with Styling and Studio teams, you'll play an essential role in supporting photo shoots, coordinating sample movement, and maintaining an efficient sample library. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, collaborative environment where no two days look quite the same.

What's In It for You
• Join a creative, collaborative studio environment where teamwork and attention to detail make a difference.
• Gain hands-on exposure to fashion, e-commerce production, and behind-the-scenes studio operations.
• Build valuable experience with sample management systems, creative workflows, and process improvements.
• Work alongside passionate professionals who value adaptability, organization, and fresh ideas.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll coordinate daily sample arrivals, unpack deliveries, process check-ins, and manage sample orders and returns using SAP.
• You'll maintain an accurate, organized sample library, ensuring products are easily accessible for studio teams.
• You'll pull and prepare samples for on-model and off-model photo shoots, including assisting with laundering and sample care.
• You'll collaborate with Styling and Studio teams to fulfill sample requests and support production timelines.
• You'll manage styling props, studio assets, and seasonal sample transitions to keep operations running efficiently.
• You'll identify opportunities to improve sample organization, workflows, and inventory processes.
• You'll provide hands-on support for special projects and evolving studio priorities.

Skills and Qualifications
• 1+ years of relevant experience in sample coordination, fashion, retail, or studio operations.
• Post-secondary education or a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confidence learning new systems and software, with familiarity in SAP and Creative Force considered an asset.
• Experience in e-commerce studios, photo shoot environments, or high-volume production settings is an asset.
• A collaborative, adaptable approach with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
