• Three weeks of vacation and a hybrid schedule with four days per week in the office.

• Ongoing professional development and opportunities to grow your technical expertise.

• Employee recognition programs, company events, and products at distributor pricing.

• A supportive, collaborative team where your ideas and contributions make a difference.

Your Responsibilities

• You'll take ownership of retail technology applications, integrations, partner onboarding, and platform performance.

• You'll monitor system health, troubleshoot API and data synchronization issues, and improve reliability.

• You'll support Oracle NetSuite ERP, including enhancements, integrations, testing, and troubleshooting.

• You'll collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into practical technology solutions.

• You'll coordinate development, UAT, deployments, and continuous platform improvements.

• You'll work with vendors and technical partners to resolve issues, automate processes, and maintain documentation.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting ERP systems, retail technology, business applications, or integrations.

• Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Experience with ERP platforms, preferably Oracle NetSuite, and retail or e-commerce applications.

• Hands-on programming experience with JavaScript, Python, or SuiteScript.

• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, databases, system integrations, and data synchronization.

• Experience gathering requirements, coordinating UAT, and supporting system implementations.

• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
