About the Opportunity
Are you an experienced software developer who's excited about how AI is transforming the way we build technology? We're looking for a Senior Azure AI Software Developer to join a global enterprise software organization focused on cloud innovation, cybersecurity, and data modernization.

In this role, you'll build scalable SaaS solutions using Azure, AWS, C#/.NET, and Python while helping shape AI-first engineering practices. You'll collaborate with talented developers, influence technical decisions, and turn emerging AI capabilities into practical development improvements.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll design and develop scalable, cloud-native SaaS applications using C#/.NET, Python, TypeScript, Azure, and AWS.
• You'll build backend services using Azure Functions, Microsoft Graph API, Azure Data Explorer, Cosmos DB, AKS, Azure Container Apps, Event Hubs, AWS EKS, DynamoDB, S3, and Lambda.
• You'll leverage AI coding agents for development, testing, debugging, refactoring, code reviews, and documentation.
• You'll create reusable prompts, agent instructions, validation workflows, and guardrails for responsible AI-assisted development.
• You'll contribute to architecture, CI/CD, technical decisions, and releases within an Agile Scrum team.

Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of software development experience with strong C#/.NET and Python expertise, plus a computer science degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven production experience with GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Windsurf, or comparable AI coding agents.
• Strong Azure development experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, distributed systems, and scalable backend services.
• Knowledge of object-oriented design, SOLID principles, secure coding, automated testing, continuous integration, and maintainable architecture.
• Experience with GitHub Actions, Terraform, YAML CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins is an asset.
• Exposure to Azure OpenAI Service, LLM APIs, evaluation frameworks, observability, or AI application security is an asset.
• Experience with Angular, React, TypeScript, or PySpark is an asset, along with strong communication and technical collaboration skills.
