• A collaborative, people-first culture with opportunities to influence national strategy, develop leaders and drive innovation.

Your Responsibilities

• You'll own portfolio-level P&L performance, identifying opportunities to improve profitability, productivity and cost efficiency.
• You'll coach and develop distribution center managers, strengthening employee engagement, succession planning and team performance.
• You'll build trusted customer relationships, lead contract reviews and negotiations, and manage escalations.
• You'll partner with business development teams on RFPs, new business opportunities and successful customer onboarding.
• You'll champion continuous improvement, change management, automation opportunities and QSHE compliance.

Skills and Qualifications
• 7+ years of progressive logistics experience, specifically within third-party logistics (3PL) or contract logistics, including 2+ years in senior leadership.
