- You'll collaborate across Commercial, Brand Marketing, Digital, Retail, and other internal teams to align programs with seasonal campaigns, build stakeholder buy-in, and present strategies, results, and recommendations to internal teams and retail partners.
- You'll travel across the U.S. for key account meetings, retail activations, and events, typically for 1–3 days at a time, while managing post-program reporting, performance analysis and debriefs to continuously improve future initiatives.

- Experience working with wholesale partners, national retail accounts, or consumer-facing brands, ideally within the outdoor apparel, sporting goods, or lifestyle industry.
- Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and manage budgets, interpret sales data, evaluate marketing investments, and make informed recommendations.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex programs, competing deadlines, and stakeholders. Experience with Monday.com or similar project management platforms is an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the confidence to build relationships, influence decisions, and engage stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
- A proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to remain calm under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and balance independent ownership with cross-functional collaboration.
