Senior Project Manager

Location: Ottawa, ON, Hybrid (on-site and remote work as approved by the hiring manager)

Duration: 12-month, part-time contract (up to 1,200 hours), with the possibility of two additional one-year extensions

Working alongside technology specialists, operational teams, and key stakeholders, you'll help guide the implementation of innovative solutions that support reliable, accessible, and efficient public transportation. Your Responsibilities
• You'll oversee the planning and implementation of complex technology solutions, ensuring successful project delivery.
• You'll coordinate stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to support project milestones and objectives.
• You'll contribute expertise in payment and ticketing systems to support technology integration.
• You'll guide API-related application development and integration activities.
• You'll monitor project timelines, risks, deliverables, and progress while maintaining clear stakeholder communication.

Skills and Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience implementing complex technology infrastructures.
• 2+ years of project management experience implementing new technology solutions.
• Demonstrated experience working with payment or ticketing systems.
• Hands-on experience developing applications using APIs.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Administration, Commerce, or an equivalent qualification.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French, including reading and writing.

Candidates must provide details of three successfully completed projects of comparable scope and complexity undertaken within the past five years. A minimum project experience evaluation score of 70% (21/30) is required to qualify.
