Your Responsibilities

• You'll respond to client inquiries through phone, email, and digital channels.

Skills and Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience, ideally within banking, financial services, or a regulated environment.

• Strong written and spoken English communication skills, with French considered an asset.

• Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check and credit check.
