About the Opportunity
Are you an experienced Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (WMS) professional looking to make an impact on large-scale warehouse operations? We're seeking a Manhattan Active WMS Specialist to support a major technology transformation within a large public sector organization.

Reporting to the Platform Owner, you'll work closely with IT, supply chain, operations teams, and external vendors to implement, configure, and optimize Manhattan Active WMS. Your expertise will help improve inventory accuracy, streamline warehouse processes, and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Manhattan Active WMS to meet business requirements.
• You'll customize workflows, business rules, and system configurations to improve warehouse operations.
• You'll support integrations with SAP, Blue Yonder, Microsoft platforms, and other enterprise systems.
• You'll conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• You'll troubleshoot system issues, investigate incidents, and coordinate defect resolution with vendors.
• You'll develop reports, maintain data accuracy, monitor system performance, and recommend improvements.
• You'll collaborate with stakeholders, provide technical guidance, and train end-users on system functionality.

Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (WMS).
• Proven experience implementing, configuring, and supporting WMS solutions.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, order fulfillment, labour management, and supply chain processes.
• Experience integrating Manhattan Active WMS with SAP, Blue Yonder, Microsoft platforms, or other enterprise systems.
• Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives, with strong troubleshooting, testing, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Manhattan Active WMS certification and APICS CSCP or CPIM certification are considered assets.
