• A collaborative, energetic team that values initiative, creativity, and fresh ideas.
• The opportunity to make an immediate impact on recruitment strategies and talent pipelines.
• Exposure to diverse hiring markets and opportunities to strengthen your sourcing expertise.
• A full-time, six-month contract with potential for extension.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll proactively identify and engage candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, niche job boards, social media, and referrals.

• You'll lead targeted outreach campaigns in English and French, connecting with talent across Quebec and Canada.
• You'll conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to identify qualified prospects.
• You'll maintain accurate candidate records, track sourcing metrics, and manage activity within ATS and CRM platforms.
• You'll stay informed about market trends and emerging talent pools to continuously improve sourcing strategies.

Skills and Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, headhunting, or business development, preferred.
• Fluency in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (including Taleo), CRM platforms, and communication tools.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume outreach and build candidate pipelines independently.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
• Experience recruiting in fast-paced environments and familiarity with Quebec's bilingual talent market are considered assets.
