• Build your expertise in reporting, analytics, and stakeholder management within a collaborative environment.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll support vendor governance activities, including contract reviews, compliance monitoring, quarterly business reviews, and performance tracking.
• You'll develop KPI reports, vendor scorecards, Power BI dashboards, and resource demand forecasts to support leadership decisions.
• You'll manage invoice validation, reconciliation, purchase orders, billing discrepancies, and approval workflows.
• You'll analyze vendor costs, contractual obligations, financial variances, and operational risks, recommending improvements where needed.
• You'll maintain accurate records across vendor management and procurement systems while tracking issues and corrective actions.
• You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers to coordinate governance activities and support ongoing initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, IT sourcing, operations, or a related analytical function.
• Experience with Fieldglass, Beeline, Ariba, and/or Workday, along with advanced Microsoft Excel and strong Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Familiarity with enterprise IT vendor environments, including staffing, managed services, application development, or professional services agreements.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, with experience analyzing contracts, budgets, KPIs, SLAs, and operational data.
• Experience preparing reports and presentations, with Power BI exposure considered an asset.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and support change initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Finance, Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience. Previous VMO experience is an asset.
