• The chance to lead and develop a dedicated team while building meaningful relationships with senior stakeholders.

• You'll lead, mentor, and support multidisciplinary property operations and maintenance teams, fostering accountability and engagement.
• You'll manage operating and capital budgets, forecasting, reconciliations, financial reporting, and asset performance.
• You'll oversee capital projects, tenant improvements, vendor relationships, and building upgrades.
• You'll champion preventative maintenance, regulatory compliance, sustainability initiatives, and building certifications, including BOMA BEST, LEED, and ENERGY STAR.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with sound judgment and a strong sense of urgency.
• Experience with corporate headquarters, institutional investors, pension funds, ESG initiatives, and sustainability programs is an asset.
• Post-secondary education in a related discipline and RPA, CPM, FMA, or CFM designation are considered assets.
