• Join a collaborative, inclusive environment that values continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and professional growth.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll lead day-to-day operations, maintenance, releases and continuous improvement for research applications, including eRA, LabKey and web-based platforms.

• You'll coach, develop and manage technical professionals, including research systems personnel, data engineers and project managers.
• You'll oversee project delivery, resource planning, application transitions and technical service risks while collaborating with technical leads.
• You'll coordinate vendor relationships, procurement, contracts, recruitment, onboarding and operational administration.
• You'll manage budget tracking, forecasts, recoveries and grant-funded resources, escalating significant financial decisions as appropriate.
• You'll collaborate with investigators, research administrators and external partners to strengthen service delivery, information security and operational efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Health Informatics or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. A master's degree is an asset.
• Proven experience managing enterprise or research applications, technical incidents, service requests, software releases and vendor relationships.
• Practical knowledge of operating budgets, procurement, contracts, financial recoveries and staffing coordination.
• Familiarity with research administration systems, data platforms and software delivery, with exposure to eRA, LabKey, REDCap or XNAT considered an asset.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, problem-solving and continuous improvement skills, with the ability to balance technical and operational priorities.
