About the Opportunity
Looking for a hands-on opportunity where you can stay active and make a meaningful contribution? We're seeking dependable, detail-oriented Scanning Clerks to support a busy distribution operation in Oakville during the holiday season.

Working in a fast-paced third-party logistics (3PL) environment, you'll help ensure customer orders are scanned, processed, packed and shipped accurately and on time. You'll join a collaborative team where reliability, teamwork and attention to detail make a difference during the busiest time of year.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll scan and verify products and customer orders to ensure accuracy throughout the fulfillment process.
• You'll pick, pack and prepare consumer products for shipment according to order requirements.
• You'll organize and process shipments to support accurate, timely deliveries.
• You'll sort, organize and handle inventory to support daily warehouse operations.
• You'll collaborate with teammates to meet daily productivity and fulfillment targets.
• You'll maintain a clean, safe and organized workspace while adapting to changing seasonal priorities.

Skills and Qualifications
• Previous experience in warehouse operations, scanning, order picking, packing or fulfillment is an asset, but motivated individuals eager to learn are welcome.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate scanning and order processing.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Comfortable performing hands-on warehouse tasks and following established safety procedures.
• Dependable, punctual and able to contribute positively to a team.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
