About the Opportunity
Are you an experienced administrative professional looking to grow your career in executive support? We're seeking a proactive, organized, and personable Executive Assistant to join a close-knit, entrepreneurial organization in the renewable energy sector. This is an opportunity to work alongside senior leadership in a collaborative environment where your contributions will make a difference.

Reporting to the Principal, you'll help keep daily operations running smoothly through a blend of executive support, team administration, and front-office coordination. If you enjoy variety, anticipate needs, and thrive in a fast-paced setting, this could be your next career move.

What's In It for You
• Competitive annual salary of $70,000–$90,000.
• Direct mentorship and exposure to senior leadership, with room to develop your executive support expertise.
• A friendly, down-to-earth team that values collaboration, initiative, and humour.
• A varied role offering meaningful responsibilities and opportunities for professional growth.
• A welcoming downtown office with a supportive, hands-on culture.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll manage the Principal's calendar, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and provide daily executive support.
• You'll arrange business travel, including flights, accommodations, and reservations.
• You'll assist senior leaders with presentations, meeting logistics, team events, and expense reporting.
• You'll welcome visitors, answer calls, coordinate couriers, and manage incoming correspondence.
• You'll support office operations, including supplies, onboarding coordination, and occasional bookkeeping.
• You'll navigate competing priorities with confidence, responding to changing needs and time-sensitive requests.

Skills and Qualifications
• 3–5 years of progressive administrative experience, ideally supporting executives or senior leaders.
• Experience coordinating calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot is an asset.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with a professional, approachable manner.
• Strong organizational abilities and confidence managing interruptions, deadlines, and shifting priorities.
• A proactive, resourceful approach, sound judgment, and discretion when handling confidential information.
• A collaborative attitude and enthusiasm for working in a fully on-site, team-oriented environment.

Note from the Hiring Manager
"We're looking for someone who enjoys being the go-to person, takes initiative, and brings a positive attitude to the office. You'll have the opportunity to grow alongside a supportive team while making a real impact every day."
