You’ll manage office supplies, restock printer and beverage stations, provide copy centre services, coordinate meeting room setups, and maintain organized resource areas.
You’ll support facilities operations by assisting with minor moves, furniture relocations, staff location changes, asset updates, and basic maintenance tasks.
You’ll inspect shared spaces, coordinate maintenance workers and service providers, investigate facilities concerns, and escalate issues when required.
You’ll track service requests, key and locker assignments, supply orders, and office inventory while responding promptly and professionally to employee needs.
You’ll contribute to departmental projects and help maintain clean, safe, well-stocked, and welcoming office spaces.
Secondary school diploma and at least 1 year of experience in facilities, mailroom operations, office services, or customer service.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support employees and external contacts at all organizational levels.
Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
Strong teamwork, communication, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated discretion and commitment to maintaining confidential information.
If you’ve never worked with a staffing agency before, don’t worry, we make it easy. You’ll still engage directly with the client while we handle the logistics, provide guidance, and keep you informed every step of the way. We’ll represent your strengths, guide you through each stage of the process, and ensure the experience feels personal and transparent.
