  • Collaborative exposure to Property Management, Residential Operations and Finance teams.
  • The chance to improve processes, build efficiencies and make a meaningful impact.

Your Responsibilities

  • You'll administer annual guideline rent increases and Above Guideline Increases (AGIs), ensuring compliance with Ontario requirements.
  • You'll review supporting documentation, verify rent increase details and process accurate updates to tenant accounts, rent rolls and billing records.
  • You'll post revised rental charges, adjustments and corrections to tenant ledgers and the general ledger.
  • You'll support tenant notification processes, including N1 notices, and maintain complete documentation.
  • You'll reconcile discrepancies and collaborate with internal teams to resolve rent administration issues.
  • You'll help clear an existing backlog of rent increases and AGI activity following a portfolio transition.
  • You'll contribute to consistent procedures, controls and efficiencies across residential rent administration.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Ontario residential rent administration.
  • Direct experience implementing AGIs and/or annual guideline rent increases is required.
  • Strong knowledge of Ontario's Residential Tenancies Act (RTA), Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) processes and N1 notices.
