In this role, you'll connect with customers who have already expressed interest in lending solutions, guide them through their options, and build lasting relationships. Your Responsibilities
• You'll follow up on lending inquiries, applications, and warm leads, making approximately 20 to 50+ outbound calls daily.
• You'll assess customer needs, recommend suitable lending solutions, and identify opportunities to offer additional products and services.
• You'll meet with customers in branch, building trusted relationships throughout the lending process.
• You'll conduct collections conversations with customers who have missed payments, approaching financial challenges with empathy and professionalism.
• You'll work collaboratively with customers to explore reasonable repayment options while balancing customer needs and business objectives.
• You'll contribute to individual and branch sales targets while maintaining compliance with financial industry regulations and internal policies.

Skills and Qualifications
• Experience in sales, customer service, lending, collections, or a related customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence handling a high volume of outbound calls.
• A goal-oriented mindset and comfort working toward sales and performance targets.
• Ability to confidently discuss financial products, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Empathy, patience, and professionalism when navigating sensitive collections conversations.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy branch environment.
• Willingness to work fully on-site in Winnipeg.
