About the Opportunity
Are you a resourceful HR professional who enjoys supporting people, solving problems, and making a difference in day-to-day operations? We're looking for an approachable and adaptable HR Generalist to join a busy HR team within an established organization in the operations and distribution sector.

In this hands-on role, you'll be a trusted resource for employees and managers across multiple provinces, helping them navigate HR processes, address workplace questions, and manage people-related challenges. You'll work closely with a collaborative HR team of three, providing much-needed support in a fast-paced environment where your ability to build relationships and take initiative will make an immediate impact.

What's In It for You
• An opportunity to gain valuable HR experience supporting operations across multiple provinces.
• Exposure to a broad range of HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and manager coaching.
• A collaborative environment where your resourcefulness, communication skills, and ability to take ownership will be valued.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll serve as a first point of contact for employees and managers, answering HR questions and providing guidance on policies and processes.
• You'll support employee relations matters, including performance management, attendance, absence management, and termination-related inquiries.
• You'll coach managers through day-to-day people challenges, helping them navigate HR processes confidently.
• You'll provide recruitment support, including communicating with French-speaking candidates and coordinating hiring activities in Quebec.
• You'll collaborate with HR Business Partners to manage incoming requests, prioritize needs, and ensure timely follow-up.
• You'll build strong working relationships across branches while supporting consistent HR practices across provinces.

Skills and Qualifications
• 3–5 years of HR experience preferred, with consideration for earlier-career candidates who demonstrate strong potential.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. French bilingualism is highly preferred.
• Experience supporting HR operations in manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, or similar operational environments is an asset.
• Working knowledge of employee relations, performance management, absence management, and recruitment processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to build trust with employees and managers.
• Resourceful, dependable, and quick to learn, with the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
