• You'll provide project updates to leadership and mentor Project Coordinators and other team members.

Skills and Qualifications
• 5–7+ years of progressive construction project management experience, supported by a diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architectural Technology, Building Sciences, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building systems, contract administration, Ontario Building Code requirements, OHSA, accessibility standards, and safety regulations.

• Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Current WHMIS and Standard First Aid/CPR certifications, a valid Ontario Class G driver's licence, and access to a reliable vehicle. Additional safety certifications are assets.
