About the Opportunity
Altis is partnering with a growing organization in the fintech, payments and technology space to hire a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll join a fast-paced, founder-led environment where talent acquisition plays an important role in supporting continued business growth.
This is an opportunity for someone who loves the hunt as much as the strategy. Your first few months will focus heavily on hands-on recruitment and learning the business, with the opportunity to expand your impact across talent strategy, workforce planning, employer branding and proactive pipeline development as you establish yourself.
What’s In It for You
You’ll have the opportunity to make a visible impact on how the organization attracts and engages talent, while working closely with HR and business leadership. The role offers a base salary of $100,000–$110,000, plus performance-based bonus potential and the opportunity to help shape an evolving TA function.
Your Responsibilities
• You’ll own full-cycle recruitment across Customer Success, Account Management, technology, corporate and senior leadership positions.
• You’ll proactively identify and engage passive talent through sourcing, networking, market mapping, referrals and relationship building.
• You’ll become immersed in the fintech and payments landscape, building the knowledge required to assess specialized talent and credibly represent the business.
• You’ll partner with leaders on hiring strategies, market intelligence, candidate assessment, compensation insights and offer negotiations.
• You’ll build proactive pipelines for critical roles, including full-stack development and potential executive-level cybersecurity searches.
• You’ll help strengthen the employer value proposition and tell a compelling, consistent story about the organization in the talent market.
• You’ll use recruitment data, technology and market insights to improve hiring processes and support longer-term workforce planning.
Skills and Qualifications
• 5–8+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including senior-level and specialized recruitment.
• Proven success sourcing passive talent and building pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, market mapping, networking and talent intelligence tools such as Juicebox.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions, with technology recruitment experience considered a strong asset.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS and recruitment technology, with familiarity with Employment Hero considered an asset.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly learn complex industries, technologies and talent markets.
• Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial approach with strong urgency, ownership and a genuine hunter mentality.
Note from the Hiring Manager
“We’re looking for someone who wants to understand our business, our vision and the talent that will help us grow. You’ll need to be proactive, curious and comfortable getting into the market, building relationships and telling our story. Once you understand the business, there’s a real opportunity to help shape where our talent strategy goes next.”
