Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you'll coordinate supplier partnerships, equipment procurement, and event logistics. Working with more than 100 industry partners and technical experts, you'll help bring meaningful national events to life.

What's In It for You
• Make a meaningful impact through initiatives supporting Canadian youth.
• Build relationships with industry partners and technical experts nationwide.
• Gain valuable exposure to large-scale events, procurement, and business development.
• Join a collaborative, purpose-driven team that values initiative and teamwork.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll secure and negotiate supplier partnerships supporting over $3 million in event equipment, tools, and materials.
• You'll coordinate procurement requests, inventory, supplier contributions, and asset tracking.
• You'll manage shipping schedules, deliveries, pickups, and on-site event logistics.
• You'll lead partner meetings, prepare presentations, and coordinate stakeholder follow-ups.
• You'll use Monday.com, EventsAir, Brightspace, and Microsoft 365 to manage projects, communications, and records.
• You'll oversee equipment distribution, returns, volunteer coordination, and event setup and teardown.

Skills and Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience in a high-volume coordination role, including stakeholder engagement and management, event coordination, supplier coordination, and negotiation.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience.
• Full bilingual proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong data tracking, reporting, and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of skilled trades, technologies, tools, and equipment.
