Are you an organized, proactive Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking an experienced professional to support senior executives within the healthcare sector on a 7-month contract. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll play an important role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly, managing competing priorities, and ensuring executives have the support they need to focus on strategic initiatives.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll manage complex executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and prioritize competing requests.
• You'll prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials with accuracy and professionalism.
• You'll coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
• You'll arrange travel, process expenses, and provide general administrative support as needed.
• You'll act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• You'll handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion while anticipating executive needs.
Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience providing administrative or executive-level support, ideally to senior leadership.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and approachable manner.
• Demonstrated discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential information.
• A proactive, adaptable mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Previous experience in healthcare, the public sector, or another complex professional environment is considered an asset.
