Altis Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrator to support the busy HR team of an established engineering consulting organization in North York. Your Responsibilities
• You'll coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation tracking, and employee documentation.
• You'll maintain accurate employee records, HR forms, and administrative trackers.
• You'll support probationary reviews, performance review cycles, and promotion-related documentation.
• You'll assist with benefits forms, compensation administration, and employee inquiries.
• You'll provide administrative support for health and safety initiatives and wage subsidy programs.
• You'll manage competing priorities independently while ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
Skills and Qualifications
• 1–2 years of HR administration or coordination experience preferred; recent HR graduates with relevant co-op or internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• A proactive, dependable approach, with the confidence to ask questions and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
