About the Opportunity
We are anticipating an upcoming opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support the retail division of an established retail/manufacturing organization. Working closely with HR professionals and internal stakeholders, you will contribute to a variety of people-focused initiatives, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll support day-to-day HR operations and provide administrative assistance to the HR team.
• You'll coordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding documentation.
• You'll assist with employee relations matters by coordinating inquiries, maintaining records, and escalating requests as appropriate.
• You'll maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and organizational documentation.
• You'll help coordinate employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and HR programs.
• You'll support HR reporting, document preparation, and other people-related projects as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in HR coordination, HR administration, or a related role.
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, or general HR operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; familiarity with HRIS systems or SAP is an asset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, service-oriented approach.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; previous retail or multi-location workforce experience is an asset.
