Your Responsibilities
• You'll serve as the first point of contact, greeting visitors and providing a positive, professional experience.
• You'll manage incoming phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
• You'll coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and packages.
• You'll help maintain an organized, welcoming reception area and support day-to-day office operations.
• You'll provide general administrative assistance, including scheduling, document preparation, and data entry.
• You'll collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and office coordination.
Skills and Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in reception, customer service, or administrative support.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a welcoming, professional approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive, adaptable mindset and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
• Previous experience in a corporate or professional office environment.
