Our client, an organization supporting adult recreational hockey programs, is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Administrator to provide additional support during their busiest season. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys focused, accuracy-driven work while being part of a friendly and collaborative team.
You’ll work alongside permanent data entry team members to help process a high volume of player and team information. Accuracy matters in this role, as the information entered into the system supports important administrative, insurance, and claims processes.
You’ll join a welcoming, dynamic work environment where people genuinely enjoy working together. The team will provide hands-on training and support to help you learn their systems and processes quickly.
The office also offers free parking and is conveniently located near Blair transit, with both train and bus access. Once you are fully trained and comfortable with the work, there may be flexibility to complete an additional weekly shift remotely.
You’ll accurately enter player and team information, including names, addresses, email addresses, and other key details into internal systems.
You’ll process high-volume roster information, including leagues with more than 1,000 players.
You’ll review your work carefully to ensure records are complete and accurate.
You’ll maintain properly documented information used for insurance and claims purposes.
You’ll work closely with the existing team to manage increased seasonal volumes and meet deadlines.
You’ll quickly learn internal processes and systems through provided training.
2+ years of administrative, data entry, or related experience.
Strong typing accuracy and exceptional attention to detail.
Comfortable working with Excel, CRM platforms, and database systems.
Tech savvy, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
Highly organized and comfortable managing repetitive, high-volume information.
Friendly, collaborative, and positive, with a personality that contributes well to a close-knit team.
Reliable and able to work independently once trained.
