Digital Product Manager

We're looking for a Digital Product Manager to join a collaborative financial services organization, helping shape digital banking products across lending platforms, online banking, and mobile applications.
With an initial focus on digital lending and borrowing experiences, you'll work alongside business leaders, designers, and technology teams to bring innovative solutions to life. Your Responsibilities
• You'll collaborate with stakeholders to define product priorities, develop roadmaps, and manage feature backlogs.
• You'll support the full product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through delivery, launch, and optimization.
• You'll partner with Design, Technology, Credit, Risk, Operations, and Compliance teams to deliver intuitive digital solutions.
• You'll develop product requirements, facilitate user stories, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
• You'll support successful product launches through stakeholder engagement, training, communications, and operational readiness.
• You'll analyze customer feedback, product performance, market trends, and competitor offerings to identify improvements.
• You'll communicate product priorities, progress, and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in product management, management consulting, or a related field.
• Strong technical aptitude and financial services experience, with lending experience considered an asset.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborating with technology teams is an asset.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, with a data-informed approach to decision-making.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Proven relationship-building, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strategic, organized, adaptable, and self-motivated, with the ability to balance competing priorities.
