We're seeking a Senior Project Manager, Brand Experiences to support a leading outdoor apparel and lifestyle organization. You'll oversee brand campaigns, digital initiatives, and immersive experiences, ensuring projects move seamlessly from concept to execution.

Working alongside creative teams, marketing leaders, agencies, and production partners, you'll bring structure to ambitious ideas while fostering collaboration. Your Responsibilities
• You'll lead end-to-end project management for brand campaigns, creative deliverables, and live experiences, overseeing timelines, budgets, and approvals.
• You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, agencies, and vendors to keep projects aligned and on schedule.
• You'll manage creative workflows, resource allocation, priorities, and stakeholder communications.
• You'll translate creative concepts into actionable event plans, coordinating production, logistics, staffing, and on-site execution.
• You'll provide operational leadership during live events, resolving challenges and adapting to changing priorities.
• You'll support process improvements, standardized workflows, and project management best practices.

Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of marketing or brand project management experience, ideally within apparel, lifestyle, outdoor retail, or an international brand.
• Post-secondary education in project management, marketing, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency with project management platforms, workflow planning, budgeting, and resource coordination.
• Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and creative teams.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities, troubleshoot challenges, and deliver projects in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with large-scale events, brand activations, production logistics, vendor management, or talent-led programming is an asset.
• A collaborative, adaptable approach with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for creating meaningful brand experiences.
