Are you a strategic Project Manager who thrives on bringing people, priorities, and complex initiatives together? We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a purpose-driven organization in the financial services sector, leading cross-functional projects that support business transformation, stakeholder engagement, and organizational impact.
In this fully remote role, you'll collaborate with business leaders, project sponsors, and diverse delivery teams to turn ideas into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. You'll play a key role in building alignment, navigating competing priorities, and ensuring initiatives deliver meaningful results.

What's In It for You
• Enjoy the flexibility of a fully remote work environment.
• Gain exposure to high-visibility initiatives and senior leadership.
• Collaborate with talented professionals across communications, digital, marketing, and business teams.
• Make a meaningful impact while strengthening project delivery practices and organizational effectiveness.
Your Responsibilities
• You'll lead projects from initiation through close-out, managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• You'll facilitate discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions to define objectives and success measures.
• You'll develop project charters, business cases, schedules, governance frameworks, communication plans, and executive reporting.
• You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners to deliver communications, marketing, digital, events, and engagement initiatives.
• You'll manage scope changes, dependencies, risks, and competing priorities while building stakeholder consensus.
• You'll support Agile, hybrid, and traditional delivery approaches, including backlog management, sprint planning, and roadmap development.
• You'll present recommendations to senior leaders and identify opportunities to improve project governance and delivery practices.

Skills and Qualifications
• 5–8 years of business experience, including 3–4 years leading projects, programs, organizational change, or transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience independently managing full project lifecycles, including planning, budgeting, governance, requirements gathering, business analysis, and scope management.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, hybrid, and traditional methodologies, with PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent certification.
• Advanced stakeholder engagement, facilitation, negotiation, risk management, and executive reporting skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and project scheduling, backlog management, reporting, and collaboration tools.
• Post-secondary education in project management, business, communications, marketing, digital media, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with communications, public engagement, external partnerships, marketing campaigns, events, content production, or digital initiatives is considered an asset.
