About the Opportunity
We’re looking for an organized and dependable HR Administrator to step into a busy environment and provide hands-on support where it’s needed most. This temporary opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in staying organized and is comfortable keeping multiple priorities moving at once.
Working closely with the internal team, you’ll provide administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, employee programs and day-to-day HR coordination. You’ll play an important role in making sure the small but essential details are followed through, helping employees and hiring managers have a smooth experience.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll book and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• You’ll support recruitment by posting roles, monitoring applicants and forwarding qualified resumes to managers, including using ADP where applicable.
• You’ll help coordinate onboarding, including sending welcome emails and supporting new employee setup.
• You’ll track performance reviews and follow up to help keep the process moving.
• You’ll organize administrative initiatives, including coordinating the upcoming flu clinic and managing company swag inventory.
• You’ll maintain electronic files and documentation in SharePoint and provide general administrative support as priorities arise.
Skills and Qualifications
• 1+ year of administrative experience, ideally within an HR, payroll or corporate environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and follow-ups.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with SharePoint and/or ADP is considered an asset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proactive, dependable approach.
• Comfortable working independently, pitching in where needed and working fully on-site.
