About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a Bilingual Office Technology Support professional to join a collaborative technology team within a leading professional services environment. You’ll provide hands-on support to employees, helping ensure they have the technology, tools and guidance they need to stay productive.
This is a people-facing technical role where you’ll build relationships with users while solving a variety of hardware, software and connectivity issues. From setting up PCs for new hires to troubleshooting day-to-day technology challenges, you’ll play an important part in creating a positive end-user experience.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll build and configure PCs for new hires and support asset and inventory management.
• You’ll troubleshoot Windows, Mac, iOS and Android devices, laptops, printers and other hardware.
• You’ll support Office 365 applications, email, network connectivity, remote access and wireless technology.
• You’ll manage multiple incidents and service requests while working toward established response times, SLAs and KPIs.
• You’ll provide clear technical guidance to users with varying levels of technical knowledge.
• You’ll identify opportunities to improve processes through simplification, automation and issue prevention.
• You’ll occasionally support after-hours troubleshooting, deployments or other offices as required.
Skills and Qualifications
• 1+ year of technical experience supporting hardware and networked applications in a large environment.
• 1+ year of formal Computer Science education or equivalent training.
• Hands-on experience with Windows, Mac, iOS and Android operating systems.
• Experience troubleshooting laptops and printers, plus proficiency with office productivity applications.
• Knowledge of incident, request and asset management processes, including ITIL methodology, SLAs and KPIs.
• Strong French and English communication skills, with a customer-focused and collaborative approach.
• Strong problem-solving, organization and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
