About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced strategic program management professional to lead complex, high-visibility initiatives within a large-scale, highly regulated organization. As a senior individual contributor, you’ll take ownership of programs from initial planning through execution, governance and value realization, ensuring strategic priorities translate into measurable business outcomes.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across technology, finance, operations and the broader business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a matrixed environment, brings structure to ambiguity and knows how to build alignment and momentum without relying on formal authority.

What’s In It for You
You’ll have the opportunity to lead enterprise-level programs with meaningful visibility and impact. You’ll collaborate with experienced leaders, influence strategic decision-making and help strengthen program management practices while gaining exposure to complex transformation initiatives.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll lead large, complex programs aligned with enterprise strategy and business priorities.
• You’ll translate strategic objectives into integrated plans covering scope, milestones, resources, dependencies, financials and success measures.
• You’ll proactively manage risks, issues and competing priorities, implementing mitigation strategies to keep delivery on track.
• You’ll establish governance structures and provide concise, executive-ready reporting on progress, tradeoffs and required decisions.
• You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams and manage key stakeholders and vendors, including contracts and deliverables.
• You’ll track outcomes, adoption and benefits realization to ensure programs achieve intended business value.
• You’ll champion consistent program management standards, tools and continuous improvement practices.

Skills and Qualifications
• 8–12+ years of experience in program management, strategic initiatives, transformation or management consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology or a related field, with an MBA considered an asset.
• Proven success leading complex, cross-functional programs with senior executive visibility.
• Strong strategic planning, financial management, risk management and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated success influencing senior executives and distributed teams.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience, including defining contracts and tracking deliverables.
• PMP, Agile/Scrum or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is highly desirable. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, SAFe, AWS or Azure certifications are also valued.
• Experience with enterprise technology, digital transformation or operating model programs, particularly in healthcare or another highly regulated environment, is an asset.
