About the Opportunity
We’re hiring a professional and personable Receptionist to join a Canadian-owned organization in the logistics and transportation sector. This is a 2–3 month contract opportunity with the potential for extension, ideal for someone who enjoys being the welcoming first point of contact in a busy, people-focused office.

You’ll support a professional workplace shared by several related companies, interacting with employees, senior leaders, visitors, couriers and tradespeople. This is a highly visible role where your reliability, communication skills and ability to create a positive first impression will make a difference every day.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll welcome visitors, guests and tradespeople, ensuring they are greeted and signed in professionally.
• You’ll answer incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate teams across multiple business divisions.
• You’ll receive courier packages and coordinate incoming and outgoing mail.
• You’ll provide general clerical support, including scanning, copying and data entry.
• You’ll complete basic spreadsheet updates and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• You’ll professionally redirect sales calls and respond to general inquiries related to services, quotes and deliveries.

Skills and Qualifications
• 1+ year of reception, administrative or clerical experience
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Comfortable using computers, email and basic spreadsheets
• Professional and confident when interacting with employees, senior leadership and visitors
• Strong reliability and punctuality
• Ability to manage multiple requests while remaining organized and approachable
• A positive, service-oriented attitude and willingness to support the team
