This opportunity is particularly well suited to someone studying healthcare, medical administration, business, office administration, or a related field, or anyone interested in starting a career within the healthcare sector.

You’ll receive exposure to healthcare processes, professional communication, documentation, and data management while working alongside an experienced team.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll review incoming forms and requisitions to ensure required information is complete.

• You’ll enter and update provider and program information accurately within internal systems.
• You’ll send, receive, track, organize, and file high volumes of faxed documentation.
• You’ll monitor outstanding requests and follow up to ensure documentation is received on time.
• You’ll maintain organized and accurate records while protecting confidential information.
• You’ll communicate with internal team members and healthcare providers using Microsoft Teams, email, and other office tools.

Skills and Qualifications
• Previous administrative, customer service, clerical, data entry, or office experience is preferred.
• Students, recent graduates, and candidates looking to gain their first professional experience within healthcare are encouraged to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort completing repetitive, process-driven tasks accurately.
• Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to stay on top of multiple requests.
