Location: Downtown Toronto, Hybrid, on-site Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

Compensation: $38.00-$41.00/per hour, plus 4% vacation pay

About the Opportunity

Our client in the financial services sector is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join their collaborative Canadian Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to support a new investor-focused initiative while creating engaging digital assets across web, social media, advertising and broader marketing campaigns.

You’ll work closely with Marketing Managers and business stakeholders to bring ideas to life while helping evolve the organization’s visual brand. With a close-knit team and plenty of day-to-day collaboration, this role is well suited to someone who communicates effectively, enjoys contributing creative ideas and can quickly turn direction into polished work.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll design digital assets for websites, paid social media, digital advertising, email and ongoing marketing campaigns.

  • You’ll create compelling layouts, presentations, infographics and data visualizations that communicate information clearly.

  • You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing Managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective creative solutions.

  • You’ll ensure creative aligns with established brand guidelines, accessibility standards and UX best practices.

  • You’ll manage multiple projects and changing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and quality.

  • You’ll contribute creative ideas that support the continued evolution of the brand and investor-focused initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience within a corporate, agency or marketing environment.

  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.

  • Strong typography, layout, production and visual storytelling skills.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • A strong portfolio is required to demonstrate your design capabilities.

  • A Graphic Design college diploma is preferred.

  • Financial services, investments or insurance experience is an asset, as are video editing, animation, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma or Adobe Firefly skills.
