About the Opportunity
Are you someone who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly? We're looking for a Bilingual Operations Coordinator to join an established Canadian organization specializing in automotive, heavy-duty vehicle, and industrial parts distribution. This is an exciting opportunity to put your industry knowledge to work while building your career in operations, order management, and customer coordination.

You'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day business operations, ensuring orders are processed accurately, product information is readily available, and customer requests are handled efficiently. Working closely with sales, warehouse, and operations teams, you'll help keep things moving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your knowledge of parts and distribution will make a real difference.

What's In It for You
Join an established, team-oriented organization where your industry experience, initiative, and problem-solving skills will be valued. You'll gain further exposure to inventory systems, supply chain operations, and business-to-business relationships while collaborating with knowledgeable professionals. This permanent opportunity offers benefits, a consistent weekday schedule, and opportunities to continue developing your skills.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll coordinate and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy, timely fulfillment, and clear communication throughout the process.
• You'll research parts availability, inventory levels, pricing, and shipping information using warehouse management systems.
• You'll manage product returns and coordinate with internal teams to resolve order discrepancies and customer concerns.
• You'll communicate with customers and business partners by phone and email, providing knowledgeable product information and timely updates.
• You'll collaborate with sales, warehouse, and operations teams to support efficient order processing and customer satisfaction.
• You'll maintain accurate records of transactions, order activity, and lost sales while identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• You'll apply your industry knowledge to troubleshoot inquiries, recommend appropriate solutions, and support evolving operational priorities.

Skills and Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, order management, inside sales support, or operations coordination.
• Previous experience within automotive parts, heavy-duty vehicle parts, industrial equipment, or a related parts distribution environment is required.
• Fully bilingual in English and French, with strong written and spoken communication skills in both languages.
• Strong understanding of product orders, inventory availability, pricing, returns, and distribution processes.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using or quickly learning warehouse management, inventory, and order processing systems.
• A proactive, customer-focused approach with the ability to collaborate effectively with sales, warehouse, and operations teams.

Note from the Hiring Manager
"We're looking for someone who understands the pace of the parts distribution industry and enjoys keeping things organized. You don't need to know every product we carry, but having a solid understanding of how orders, inventory, and customer requests work in this environment will help you hit the ground running. We value people who take initiative, ask questions, and enjoy working as part of a team."
