About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join an established Canadian organization serving the diesel engine and heavy equipment parts industry. In this role, you’ll support customers across Canada with orders, product inquiries, returns, pricing, inventory availability, and shipping questions while providing responsive and solutions-focused service.

You’ll join a collaborative customer service team that works closely with sales, operations, and management. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two customer interactions are exactly the same.

What’s In It for You
Join an established organization where you can continue developing your customer service and product knowledge while gaining exposure to order management, inventory systems, and the industrial parts sector. You’ll work with a supportive team that values responsiveness, collaboration, and building long-term customer relationships.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll process a high volume of customer orders and inquiries by phone and email, providing professional and timely support.
• You’ll coordinate product returns and provide customers with the information required for a smooth and accurate process.
• You’ll research parts, pricing, and inventory availability using a warehouse management system and accurately document customer activity.
• You’ll develop your product knowledge to confidently answer questions related to products, pricing, availability, and shipping.
• You’ll build positive customer relationships, anticipate needs, and identify relevant opportunities to recommend additional products or solutions.
• You’ll collaborate with sales, management, and internal teams to resolve customer concerns and support efficient service delivery.
• You’ll contribute to special projects and evolving business priorities as required.

Skills and Qualifications
• 2+ years of customer service, call centre, order management, or related experience.
• Fully bilingual in English and French, with strong written and spoken communication skills in both languages.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to confidently address concerns and de-escalate challenging situations.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage a high volume of customer inquiries and orders.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn warehouse, inventory, and order management systems.
• Experience with order entry, product inquiries, returns, inventory, or pricing is considered an asset.
• Knowledge of heavy vehicle parts, automotive parts, industrial equipment, or a related industry is considered an asset.

Note from the Hiring Manager
“We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers and isn’t afraid to ask questions and learn. You don’t need to come in knowing everything about our products. If you’re bilingual, resourceful, organized, and committed to providing great service, we can help you build the product knowledge.”
