Your Responsibilities
• You’ll prepare month-end and year-end journal entries, including accruals, prepaids, amortization, reallocations and corrections.
• You’ll analyze financial records, reconcile general ledger, bank, receivable and liability accounts, and investigate discrepancies.
• You’ll maintain fixed asset capitalization and amortization schedules, supporting documentation and audit-ready records.
• You’ll support accounts payable and receivable processes, payment-cycle validations, cash reporting and sub-ledger reconciliations.
• You’ll prepare financial schedules, account analyses and supporting reports for internal stakeholders and auditors.
• You’ll document processes and contribute to system, process and continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
