You’ll collaborate closely with Operations, Transportation, Human Resources, Safety, Security, Maintenance, and external service providers. In a fast-moving facility where priorities can shift quickly, your organization, judgment, and ability to build strong working relationships will be key to success.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll oversee daily facility operations, including building systems, loading docks, offices, yard areas, parking, security, utilities, and surrounding property.
• You’ll coordinate preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, emergency procedures, and safety activities.
• You’ll manage contractors and vendors across services such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, cleaning, landscaping, security, and waste management.
• You’ll monitor facility expenses, review invoices, maintain documentation, and support operating budgets and capital projects.
• You’ll partner across departments to identify hazards, resolve facility concerns, and minimize disruptions to logistics operations.
• You’ll respond to urgent issues and identify opportunities to improve safety, reliability, efficiency, and the employee experience.

Skills and Qualifications
• 3–5+ years of experience in facilities management, building management, warehouse operations, logistics, or a related environment.
• Valid Ontario Class G driver’s licence is required.
• Experience in a warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, or transportation facility is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, facility maintenance, workplace safety, vendor management, and contractor oversight.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with facility or maintenance management software experience considered an asset.
• Strong project management, organization, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety requirements is an asset, along with flexibility to respond to urgent facility needs when required.
