As a Financial Analyst, Regulatory and Management Reporting, you will play a key role in preparing regulatory filings, supporting management reporting, and strengthening reporting processes. Working closely with Finance, Treasury, Risk Management, Financial Systems, and other business partners, you will help ensure reporting integrity while contributing to projects that improve efficiency and controls.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll prepare and deliver weekly and monthly investor reporting packages, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• You'll prepare, analyze, and submit monthly and quarterly regulatory returns to regulatory stakeholders in accordance with reporting requirements and deadlines.
• You'll develop management reporting packages and presentation materials that support business decision-making.
• You'll perform detailed data validation and analytical reviews to ensure the completeness and integrity of financial information.
• You'll document reporting processes, key risks, and internal controls while supporting audit activities and regulatory reviews.
• You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve reporting processes, support automation initiatives, and complete ad hoc analyses and special projects.

Skills and Qualifications
• 2 to 4 years of progressive experience in financial reporting, regulatory reporting, audit, accounting, or a related finance function.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• CPA designation, equivalent, or active pursuit of a professional accounting designation is considered an asset.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables.
• Experience with Alteryx, Power Query, or similar data transformation and reporting tools is considered an asset.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and build effective working relationships across teams.
