Your Responsibilities
• You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, and offer coordination.
• You'll partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• You'll provide expert advice on talent attraction, interview practices, and market insights to support hiring decisions.
• You'll build and maintain strong talent pipelines while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
• You'll maintain accurate recruitment data within the Applicant Tracking System and support continuous process improvements.
• You'll collaborate with HR partners to anticipate workforce needs and recommend recruitment solutions.
Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of progressive recruitment experience in a corporate or agency environment, with agency recruitment considered an asset.
• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline, CPHR designation is considered an asset.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple business areas.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Microsoft Office, and Google search tools.
• Strong relationship-building, interviewing, and stakeholder consulting skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
