Your Responsibilities
• You'll develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts across complex enterprise applications.
• You'll perform functional, integration, system, regression, performance, stress, accessibility, and user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality.
• You'll design and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Postman, or similar frameworks, integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• You'll identify, document, and manage software defects using tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or ALM while working closely with development teams to resolve issues.
• You'll validate data integrity, perform backend testing, and support performance, security, and compliance testing, including AODA requirements.
• You'll participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to quality metrics, test reporting, release readiness, and continuous process improvement.

Skills and Qualifications
• 10+ years of progressive software testing experience supporting enterprise-level applications and large-scale IT environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in manual and automated testing, including Selenium, Postman, API testing, and performance testing using JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar tools.
• Extensive experience developing testing strategies, test plans, test cases, test scripts, and quality reports.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, SDLC methodologies, and end-to-end quality assurance practices.
• Experience with SQL or Oracle databases, cloud platforms including Azure or AWS, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, or GitLab.
• Proven experience with defect management tools including JIRA, Azure DevOps, ALM, Bugzilla, TestRail, or Zephyr, along with AODA compliance and accessibility testing.
• Previous Ontario Public Service or broader public sector experience, combined with excellent communication, analytical, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
