About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrative professional who enjoys variety and has an interest in communications and marketing. Joining a collaborative organization, you’ll play an important role in keeping day-to-day operations organized while supporting the team’s digital communications and online presence.
This position is approximately 60% administrative and 40% communications and marketing support. You’ll work closely with your manager and colleagues across the organization, serving as a professional first point of contact while coordinating meetings, managing communications and keeping digital channels up to date.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll coordinate meetings, calendars, emails and other administrative activities using Outlook
• You’ll serve as a professional first point of contact, bringing a polished and service-oriented approach to interactions
• You’ll maintain website content, completing basic updates and simple technical changes as required
• You’ll schedule and publish approved content across social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Tumblr
• You’ll support communications timelines, helping ensure digital updates and campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule
• You’ll assist with basic graphics and other communications materials as needed
Skills and Qualifications
• 3–5+ years of administrative experience, ideally with exposure to marketing or communications
• Strong organizational skills and confidence coordinating meetings, calendars and competing deadlines
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software, digital platforms and website tools
• Experience updating website content and performing basic website or coding-related changes
• Familiarity with scheduling and publishing social media content, including LinkedIn
• Basic graphic design skills and an interest in marketing and communications
• Professional, polished communication skills with strong attention to detail
